By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and learn from the educational content, including video lessons, documentation, and code repositories provided as part of Principled AI Coding (PAIC), Tactical Agentic Coding (TAC), and Agentic Horizon (AH) courses (collectively, "Course Materials"). You may:
Strictly Prohibited Activities: The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and are expressly prohibited:
Clarification: This license permits you to learn from and apply the principles taught in Course Materials to create your own original implementations. However, you may not copy or redistribute the actual code repositories, project files, or substantial portions thereof provided as part of the courses. If you create your own implementation inspired by course concepts, that original work is yours; however, the course code repositories themselves remain the exclusive property of AgenticEngineer.
Enforcement and Remedies: Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to all Course Materials and the Service without refund. Additionally, AgenticEngineer reserves the right to:

You may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself in order to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not use someone else's account without permission. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
The Service and all Course Materials, including but not limited to video content, code repositories, documentation, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of AgenticEngineer and its licensors. The Service and Course Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AgenticEngineer.
AgenticEngineer will not use or distribute any audio, video, or content generated by users through the Service for any purpose without your explicit consent. Your rights to use Course Materials are governed by the "Course Materials and Code Repository License" section above.
You are responsible for your own content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By posting or publishing content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the right to post or publish the content and grant AgenticEngineer the rights granted in these Terms; (ii) the content is accurate and not misleading; and (iii) the use and posting or publishing of the content does not violate these Terms and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.
AgenticEngineer has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any content posted or published on the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We offer limited refund options for our educational courses under the following conditions:
Tactical Agentic Coding (TAC): You may request a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met: (i) you have not accessed or started Lesson 4 or any subsequent lessons; (ii) your refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date; and (iii) you have not purchased or accessed the Agentic Horizon extended lessons package. Once any of these conditions are no longer met, the course becomes non-refundable.
Principled AI Coding (PAIC): You may request a full refund if you have not accessed or started Lesson 4 or any subsequent lessons. There are no additional time restrictions or conditions for PAIC refunds beyond this lesson progress requirement.
PAIC Member Discount and Cross-Course Refund Policy: If you are a Principled AI Coding (PAIC) member and you purchase Tactical Agentic Coding (TAC) using your PAIC member discount (currently $150 off), the following refund restrictions apply: (i) Using your PAIC member discount to purchase TAC makes your PAIC purchase non-refundable. This policy ensures that member benefits cannot be retroactively separated from their associated purchases.
Non-Refundable Items: The following purchases are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances: (i) Agentic Horizon extended lessons package; and (ii) all team purchases or bulk licenses, regardless of the number of seats or usage. These exclusions apply even if the general refund conditions for individual courses would otherwise be met.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions or appear to be fraudulent or abusive in nature.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AgenticEngineer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
In no event will AgenticEngineer or its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the Service, these Terms, or your use or inability to use the Service, or any other matter relating to the Service. In no event will AgenticEngineer's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Minnesota, United States.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AgenticEngineer regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of AgenticEngineer to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
